Payments & Prices

If the payment or payments are more than 1 week behind, or your card declines, your service will be discontinued until the account has been brought current. We take in mind that "Life Has It's Challenges" but communication is key so we can work out a plan if you do get behind to get you current again.

Pricing, promotions, and discounts are subject to change at any time. You will be notified 30 days in advance in the event of a change in regular service pricing. Promotions and discounts are subject to change without notice and will be reflected immediately on our webpage.

Yard Conditions/Entry

Always be sure that grass is kept at a manageable level. We will never cancel service for long grass, but excessive growth with affect the quality of service that we can provide. During the fall when leaves are falling, if the leaves are not cleaned regularly this will also affect the quality of service.

We encourage our customers to be sure entry gates are in good working order. Upon arrival we will make sure the gate is secure upon starting and finishing the scoop and to include notifying you if there's any issue needing addressed to keep your pets safe and secure. Please be sure that gate is unlocked, if it is locked we will not be able to scoop. Please be sure the gate is unlocked or provide a key or combination on scoop day.

Cleanliness

We at Upstate Scoopers LLC, to protect from transmission of disease and or illnesses we sanitize all equipment and tools after each yard to ensure there will be no transfer of anything to the next location.

Weather

In South Carolina weather can be challenging, we may have to skip a day or two of service till we can get back on track. Heavy rain, flooding, lightning or any type of dangerous conditions we will reschedule your service to the next best day following.

Dog Policy

You agree to notify Upstate Scoopers, LLC in the event there is a change in the number of dogs using the serviced yard prior to the next regular service date. However, your rate may be automatically increased to the number of dogs found in your yard/home on a consistent basis, without notice. Providing information suggesting a lower number of animals than actually use the yard may result in suspension or termination of service without a refund.

Vacation and Visit Cancellations

Upstate Scoopers, LLC is a family friendly company. As such, there may be 1-3 weeks out of the year, divided up throughout the year, that there will be a change in service date/or no service to allow our personnel time to spend with family. If this occurs, you will be notified a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. Service/Payment will resume as scheduled upon return. You will not be charged for service dates that were suspended.

You agree to notify Upstate Scoopers, LLC if you would like to skip a cleaning at least 48 hours prior to your service date. Normal service charges are applicable to skipped cleanings that are not given 48 hours notice, unless other arrangements are made with Upstate Scoopers, LLC.
